Privacy Policy

Drive360 ("we", "us") builds software for car dealerships — websites, CRM, DMS, phone system, social publishing, and related products, together the "Drive360 family". This policy explains what information we collect across the family and how we use it. Individual products may publish additional product-specific notices.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number, and a hashed password when you or your dealership registers.
- Business information — details your dealership enters about its own operations (business name, addresses, hours, inventory, staff accounts).
- Customer records your dealership stores — dealerships use Drive360 to manage their own customer relationships. That data belongs to the dealership; we process it on the dealership's behalf and never sell it or use it for our own marketing.
- Usage and log data — standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used for security and to keep the services running.
Text messages and verification codes
If you enable text verification (two-factor authentication) on a Drive360 account, the mobile number you enter is used only to send you one-time verification codes and related account-security notices. We do not use that number for marketing, and we do not share it with third parties except the telecommunications carriers who deliver the message. Message frequency depends on your sign-in activity; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any code message to opt out, or remove the number in your account settings. See drive360.io/sms for the full program description.
How we use information
To provide and secure the services, to support you, to bill for the services, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the products (hosting, telecommunications carriers, payment processing), under contracts limiting their use of it, and when the law requires.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while an account is active and as required for legal and financial records. Dealerships control their own customers' records and can delete them from within the products; account deletion requests can be sent to the contact below.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it.
