Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
These terms govern use of the Drive360 product family — software for car dealerships including websites, CRM, DMS, phone system, and social publishing ("the services"), built by Summit Digital, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the services you agree to them. Individual products may carry additional product-specific terms.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the activity on your account. Dealership owners control which staff have access and at what role. You must have the right to any content and customer data you bring into the services.
Your dealership's data
Customer records your dealership stores in the services belong to your dealership. We process them to provide the services and as the Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for using customer data lawfully — including consent for any calls or texts your dealership sends through the services.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to break or probe the services' security, no sending spam or unconsented messages through them, and no reselling access without a written agreement with us.
Billing
Paid products bill as agreed at signup. Fees are for the service period and are non-refundable except where the law requires.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the services available and dependable, but they are provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change as the products evolve. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service at issue in the twelve months before the claim.
