Drive360 / CRM

Drive360 CRMAvailable now

The follow-up machine, standalone.

Most leads die because nobody called back. Drive360 CRM works every lead from internet lead to sold — a visual pipeline, every touch on one timeline, follow-up plans that fire on their own, texting and calling built right in, and an AI assistant that texts leads back when the store is closed — built inside a working dealership, now sold on its own. No DMS required.

From $399/month, per rooftop, with a 14-day free trial. Texting, calling, and the AI assistant are add-ons, quoted for your store. Available now — most stores are working leads the same week.

What it does

Nobody falls through the cracks.

📊

A pipeline you can see

Every customer on a board, one column per stage, from internet lead through application and underwriting to sold. Glance at it and know exactly where your month stands.

🕐

One timeline per customer

Every call logged, every email, every status change and note — one feed that can't be edited after the fact. Anyone on your team can pick up a lead cold and know the whole story.

🔁

Follow-up that fires itself

Build your cadence once — day 1 call, day 2 text script, day 4 email — and it starts automatically when a lead hits a stage. Each salesperson gets a “my day” list: overdue, due today, coming up. And you don't start from a blank page: 10 prebuilt follow-up plans and over 40 message templates, taken from a working dealership's real playbook.

📥

Leads in from everywhere

Your website posts leads straight in. AutoTrader, Cars.com, and anything that sends ADF email lands automatically via your private intake address. Walk-ins get typed in. Duplicates are merged onto the same card, and optional round-robin hands each new lead to the salesperson with the fewest active deals.

📱

Text, call & email — built in

Work the lead without leaving their card: two-way texting and calling from the CRM, plus email sent under your dealership's name. Every text, call, and email lands on the timeline by itself — no “did anyone follow up?” mysteries.

🧮

Underwriting, right in the CRM

Built for Buy Here Pay Here: score the customer from the application, then score the whole deal — payment-to-income, down payment against the actual unit, collateral age and miles — with a plain-English “why” behind every score and weights you tune yourself. Pull credit through your bureau account or score without a pull. Salespeople never see a score; approve, condition, or decline and print the adverse-action letter from the same screen. Socials are encrypted, and every unmasking is logged.

🔗

Paperwork the customer finishes

Three secure links you text the customer — the full application, a document-upload page that shows them exactly what's still needed, and references — all finished from their phone, no login, no app. Uploads tick the deal's checklist automatically and move the deal forward on their own.

🤖

AI that texts back after hours

When the store is closed and a lead texts in, the AI assistant answers — from your real lot list and your own written Q&A. It never quotes prices, rates, or approvals, always says it's automated, and hands the conversation to your team the moment a person is needed. Every AI message is labeled in the thread. Optional — you switch it on per store.

📈

Reports that answer questions

Which sources actually close? How fast does your team make first contact? Who's working and who's coasting? Funnel, speed-to-contact, source close rates, and team activity — 7, 30, or 90 days, with CSV export.

🔒

Security regulators expect

Two-factor login with authenticator apps, backup codes, and a dealership-wide “require 2FA for everyone” switch — the multi-factor protection the FTC Safeguards Rule expects dealers to have. OFAC screening and Red Flags checks run on your applicants, and customer documents are stored privately.

🧩

Better with the DMS, fine without

Underwrite the deal here, then push the approved deal — the application, the document jacket, and the decision — to Drive360 DMS with one click. Nothing enters the DMS unless a person sends it. No DMS? Everything works the same.

👥

Built for a real team

Admin, manager, salesperson, and underwriter roles; teammates invited by email in seconds. Salespeople see their own book — not each other's; round-robin assignment hands new leads out fairly, and a neglected lead goes “up for grabs” for the whole floor to claim. Billing is self-service — subscribe, get receipts, cancel, no phone call required.

Questions dealers ask

The short answers.

Do I need the Drive360 DMS to use the CRM?

No — the CRM is fully standalone and plenty of stores run it that way. If you add the DMS later, the two connect: one login for both, credit applications pushed to underwriting with one click, and decisions flowing back automatically. The pipeline stages even match on purpose, so nothing feels new.

How do my leads get into it?

Three doors. Your website posts leads directly (Drive360 sites do this out of the box; any site can, with an API key). Anything that sends ADF email — AutoTrader, Cars.com, most lead providers — lands automatically at your private intake address. And walk-ins or phone-ups get typed in, in seconds.

What does the AI assistant actually do?

When your store is closed and a lead texts in, the AI answers within the guardrails we built for a real dealership: it answers from your lot list and the Q&A you write, never states a price, payment, rate, or approval, never asks for a social or bank details over text, and tells the customer plainly that it's automated. The moment someone asks for a person, gets frustrated, or asks a money question, it says goodbye and flags your team. Every AI message is labeled in the conversation, and one text from your staff silences it. It's an add-on quoted for your store, and it's off until you turn it on.

Can it text and call my leads?

Yes — two-way texting and calling work right from the customer's card, with every conversation logged on the timeline automatically. They're add-on modules quoted for your store, since pricing depends on your volume. Email under your dealership's name is included in the base price.

What happens to credit applications?

The full application lives on the customer's card — income, employment, residence, references — and underwriting happens right in the CRM: scoring, an optional credit pull through your bureau account, the decision, and the adverse-action letter. Scores are visible to underwriting and managers only, never to salespeople. If you run the Drive360 DMS, a person pushes the approved deal over; nothing is submitted automatically.

Is it secure enough for the FTC Safeguards Rule?

Two-factor authentication is built in — authenticator-app codes plus backup codes — and you can require it for every user at your store with one switch, which is the multi-factor access control the Safeguards Rule expects. Customer documents are stored privately and never publicly served.

How fast can we be up and running?

Same week. Your account and team logins are minted in minutes, your website and ADF sources point at the CRM with one address change, and your follow-up cadences are three starter plans you edit to taste. Hit “Get started” and a real person walks you through it.
