Drive360 / Voice
Drive360 Voice Available nowA phone system that knows who's calling.
Cloud phones built for dealerships: your numbers, your ring groups, your “press 1 for sales” menu — ringing desk phones, browsers, and cell phones alike, with every call recorded and every voicemail transcribed. And when the store's closed, an AI receptionist answers, quotes your real inventory, books the appointment, and drops the lead in your CRM.
Available now — it runs our own dealership's phones every day, like everything Drive360 ships.
Franchise-store phones, independent-dealer simple.
Your phones, anywhere
Main line and direct lines, business-hours routing, ring groups, and a phone menu you set up like a form — ringing desk phones that configure themselves out of the box, your browser, and your team's cell phones. No PBX closet, ever.
An AI that answers at 9 PM
After hours, the AI receptionist picks up by the second ring: it knows your actual inventory, never invents prices or terms, books appointments, hands callers to a person the moment they ask — and every conversation lands in your CRM as a lead with the transcript attached.
Know which ads make the phone ring
A tracking number per ad source — Google, Meta, AutoTrader, your website — all ringing the same phones, with per-source answer and outcome reporting fed to your analytics and your CRM.
Every call, remembered
Calls recorded with disclosure, voicemails transcribed and emailed, an AI summary of every conversation on the customer's timeline — and alerts when a caller asked about a car and nobody set the appointment.
Coach the phones
Listen, whisper, and barge on live calls, with per- salesperson scorecards. The phone is where deals are won and lost — now you can actually manage it.
Knows your customers
Paired with Drive360 CRM or DMS, the customer's card pops on screen as the phone rings and every call writes itself to their timeline. Standalone, it's still a complete phone system — and if our software ever went down, carrier-level failover means your phones still ring.
Also planned: missed-call instant text-back and business texting from your store number (pending carrier registration), and a Drive360 Voice mobile app. No published price sheet — pricing is quoted per store, shaped as simple per-line-plus-usage, not per-user tiers. Talk to us and we’ll quote yours.
The short answers.
Is Drive360 Voice really available now?
Yes. It answers and routes our own dealership's calls every day — that was the bar before we'd sell it to anyone. Hit “Talk to us” and a real person walks through your lines, hours, and phones and gets your store set up.
Do I need special phones?
No. It rings normal desk phones we drop-ship pre-configured — plug them in and they work — plus your browser and your team's cell phones. The only hardware in your store is the phones themselves.
Will the AI say something wrong to a caller?
Same rails as our website chat, which answers shoppers every day: it speaks only from your approved facts and live inventory, never invents prices or financing terms, and hands off to a person — or takes a message — the moment that's the right move.
What does it cost?
There's no published price sheet — every store's line count and call volume is different, so we quote per store. The shape is simple per-line-plus-usage — not the per-user tiers the big phone vendors charge, and not the four-figure monthly bills the franchise-store call products command. Talk to us and we'll quote yours the same business day.
Never miss another 9 PM buyer.
