Drive360 / DMS

Drive360 DMSLaunching November 2026

The DMS born on our own lot.

Inventory, BHPH deals, underwriting, loan servicing, collections, real accounting, payroll — even the service department. One system, no bolt-ons, running a working dealership every single day. Not a demo build: the software we trusted with our own store's money first.

Launching November 2026, a small first group of dealers at a time. Tell us about your store and we'll hold your place in line.

What's inside

The whole store, one system.

🚗

Inventory that earns its keep

Cost-in versus asking on every unit, photos hosted, Buyers Guides printed, barcode window labels, lot-aging reports — and your inventory feeds your website automatically, because the DMS is the source of truth.

🧮

BHPH desking done right

Weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly notes with real amortization. Vehicle taxes handled properly — including Georgia TAVT and the reduced BHPH program — and pickup payments treated as down payment, never financed.

🔍

Underwriting you can explain

A transparent scoring model you tune yourself — no credit bureau required — with a plain-English “why” behind every score, a stips checklist, and scores visible to underwriting only. Sales sells; underwriting decides.

💰

Loan servicing & collections

Payment posting with proper allocation, late fees, insurance charges, modifications and side notes — plus a collections workspace with manager-built queues worked in order, promises to pay, and repo flags.

📚

Real accounting, no QuickBooks

A general ledger fused to the loan book: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgets, departments, fixed assets, accounts payable with 1099s, bank reconciliation — and separate books for your related finance company. Your accountant gets a read-only login.

🏦

Bank feeds that behave

Bank and card transactions flow in automatically and wait in a review queue — matched, learned, suggested, but never posted without a human. Your books stay yours.

🕐

Payroll & commissions

Time clock on the home screen, payroll runs with withholding built in, and a commission engine that computes flat, front- gross, and down-payment splits straight from posted deals — spiffs included.

🔧

A real service department

Internal recon, customer-pay retail, borrower repairs that become side notes, digital inspections with photos, estimates approved by text link, parts inventory with purchase orders, tech pay both ways. Others charge $179–439/month for shop software alone — ours is native.

✍️

E-sign & the deal jacket

Contracts signed in the showroom on a screen or remotely by email, signed PDFs filed to the customer's document jacket automatically — plus a form engine that prints your licensed blanks filled from the deal.

Also inside: a custom report builder with CSV export on every table, ten permission roles you edit like a spreadsheet, two-factor login, one-click sign-in to Drive360 CRM, and deal unwinds that reverse everything correctly. On the roadmap: card/ACH payment processing, two-way texting, and AI review of every deal file's paperwork.

Pricing

Pay for the modules you use.

The DMS is priced per rooftop, by module — base system plus the pieces your store actually runs: loan servicing, accounting, payroll, e-sign & forms, service & parts. No per-seat pricing, no surprise add-on invoices — the nickel-and-dime games are the reason we built this. Pricing is being finalized with our first dealers; talk to us and we'll be straight about numbers.

Questions dealers ask

The short answers.

When can I actually get it?

November 2026. The DMS runs our own dealership every day; what we're finishing is the work of onboarding stores beyond ours — carefully, a small first group at a time. Ask about it and you're in line, and we'll tell you honestly where things stand.

Is it really built for Buy Here Pay Here?

It was born in one. Weekly and semi-monthly notes, pickup payments handled as down payments, deferred vehicle-tax accounting, in-house underwriting without a bureau, a collections workspace, and a related-finance-company structure with separate books — that's the daily reality it was built inside.

Do I have to use Drive360's website or CRM with it?

No. The DMS stands alone, and we're open by design — its inventory feed works with any website, and any CRM can integrate with its intake. If you do run the family, it's one login, leads flow to underwriting with one click, and your cars appear on your site without anyone retyping them.

Can it replace QuickBooks?

That's the design. The general ledger is native and fused to the loan book, so payments, fees, sales tax, recon, and payroll post themselves — with financial statements, budgets, departments, payables, 1099s, and a read-only accountant login. No export-import dance, no second system to reconcile.

What will it cost?

Per rooftop, by module, with no per-seat pricing — final numbers are being set with our first group of dealers. If you tell us your store's shape (cars on the lot, notes you carry, whether you run a shop), we'll talk real numbers with you, straight.
